燕君芳大学毕业仅仅十年头，从白手起家到建立起大型龙头企业，成功开创了本香生猪事业，成为大学生自主创业的典范，鼓舞了当代大学生的创业激情。

创业历程——1998年毕业后，燕君芳放弃了留校任教的机会，凭着非凡的毅力，靠着养猪和相关产业，三万元起家，从饲料生产研发，生猪品种改良做起。经过几年的不懈努力，产业发展到以生产安全猪肉为目标，形成“饲料生产——种猪繁育——商品猪养殖——猪肉深加工——产品连锁专卖”为一体的完整产业链。2004年，她成功组建了杨凌第一个产业集团——杨凌本香农业产业集团，如今已拥有四个子公司和１５０个商品猪养殖基地。

本香事业——本香采用“公司+基地+农户”的运作模式，以提高农民的综合素质和自我发展能力为根本。她聘请30名专家教授和企业科技人员，以免费办班、现场指导、咨询服务的形式，重点培训养殖示范户460户，推广科学养猪技术。 企业快速发展离不开先进的管理理念，她先后到国内外各地牧畜和食品企业考察学习，将先进经验运用到公司管理中，同时对本香模式进行了三方面的创新：运行机制的创新，养殖模式的创新和服务方式的创新。使企业走品质优质化，做精做强的路线，在西部树立起中高端、有鲜明特色的安全猪肉品牌形象；企业发展离不开社会各界的大力支持。她德行并重，积极投入社会公益事业中。倾情回报社会。先后为慈善协会，汶川地震灾区捐款捐物价值达30万元，设立“本香品学奖”，资助中学生和贫困大学生，为贫困农户捐赠养猪设备和优惠猪款多达37万。

未来展望——燕君芳对本香的未来充满信心，提出要将本香模式不断推广，建设更多标准化、规模化的农民养猪创业示范园，让更多的农民的收益能力和发展能力得到提高，达到增收致富。同时，她将本香的无公害肉食品专卖店要开到全国各地，让广大的市民吃到真正放心、安全的猪肉产品。做精做强本香事业，推进中国生猪产业化的发展。

Title of Speech:  Paving the way for a more delicate BeSun Pattern and promoting the industrialization of swine in China

Abstract of Speech:

In the short period of ten years after graduation from Northwest A & F University, Ms. Yan Junfang strived to establish one of the greatest enterprises from starting the small business with only 30 million. Today, she is recognized as the successful model of setting up career by herself and her hard experiences of struggle are highly inspiring the college graduates for years.

The course of venturing: After graduation in 1998, Ms. Yan gave up the privilege of teaching in her university and turned to the harder way of venturing. With her strong will and sound background of expertise, she began her own business with manufacture of feedstuff, together with improvement of the breed of swine. Several years later, an outstanding industrial enterprise called “YangLing BeSun Agricultural Industrial Group Ltd” was successfully set up in the year of 2004, forming a mature chain from fodder production, swine reproduction, commercial swine breeding and all the way to the deep processing of pork to chain store sale. Currently, it has developed four subsidiary companies and one hundred and fifty breeding base of commercial swine.

The BeSun Career: BeSun adopts the working pattern of “Company plus Base plus Farmers” which regards the improvement of comprehensive quality and self-development as the basic discipline. She retained thirty experts and scientific personals to train 460 breeding fuglemen, aiming at extending the professional techniques of breeding swine. Realizing the importance of advanced methods of management, she investigated varieties of animal husbandry and food industries at home and abroad, from which she benefited a lot and made some favorable innovation in three aspects: circulating mechanism, breeding pattern and services, making her enterprise lead the fascinating and unique brand of serving high-quality products in the western area; On the other hand, public support plays an indispensable part in the development of company. She involved herself into the public welfare work whole-heartedly. Not only did she donate for charity association and the disaster area of Wenchuan with the worth up to 300 million yuan, but she set up “BeSun Scholarship” to support poor students and the fund of breeding swine up to 379 million yuan, which spread to the poor farmers.
